Abstract
Soucasný stav poskytování informacních a komunikacních služeb verejnou správou obcanovi v CR není stále optimální. Pro hledání cesty ke spokojenosti verejnosti s fungováním verejné správy slouží jako základní prostredek komunikace. Z vládního dokumentu Komunikacní strategie verejné správy vyplývá, že cílovým stavem komunikace obcana s verejnou správou je dosažení integrace komunikacních vazeb a koordinované informacní podpory ve verejné správy.
Abstract (in English)
The contemporary conditions in offering of information and communication services produced by a public administration for citizens in the Czech Republic are still not optimal. The basic instrument to find how to make people content with a working public administration is communication. From the governmental document The Communication Strategy of Public Administration follows that the result position in communication between a public administration and a citizen is ensured by integration of communication relationships with a coordinated information support in a public administration
