Abstract
Léba angiofibromu nosohltanu s endokraniální expanzí metodou lokoregionální intraarteriální chemoterapie Farmorubicinem. Cytostatikum aplikováno pomocí karotické angiografie pímo do cévního eišt hypervaskularizovaného nádoru. Podáno šest sérií chemoterapie s následným ozáením. Po léb došlo k výrazné regresi tumoru a vymizení potíží pacienta.
Abstract (in English)
Treatment of juvenile angiofibroma of epipharyngx with the intracranial expansion with the help of locoregional intraarterial chemotherapy is described. Farmorubicin (cytostatic drug) was applied directly into the highly vascularised tumour by means of carotic angiography. Six sessions of chemotherapy followed with radiotherapy were performed. After this treatment significant regression of tumour was observed with elimination of patients complains.
