Abstract
The papers analyze the financial and economical aspects of the industry zone building in the small municipality. As the main analytical tool have been used the Cost-Benefit Analysis, the methodology is brief described in the opening parts. The financial analysis concerns the direct cost and benefits connected with the realization of the project and the municipality as the project holder. It has been analyze the volume of the investment in comparison to the direct payments achieved and fiscal impacts on the municipality budget. The economical analysis covers all the impacts of the project emerging in its economical area, such as impacts on SMEs, unemployment, social and demographical structure, natural environment or sustainable development in the region.
