Abstract

Ukazuje se, že stávající schéma dělby práce mezi manažery a právníky jako jejich poradci, již zcela nevyhovuje. Každý manažer by měl být vybaven solidními znalostmi práva, podnikoví právníci by na druhé straně měli ovládat základy ekonomiky a managementu. Právnicko ekonomické programy, organizované na B.I.B.S., prezentované v tomto příspěvku, tyto požadavky ideálně splňují. V příspěvku jsou prezentovány britské vysokoškolské programy BA HONS in Law and Business Management a MSc in Law and Business Management, organizované na B.I.B.S., a.s. Brno International Business School (soukromé vysoké škole) v licenci britské The Nottingham Trent University.

Abstract (in English)

It seems to appear, that the current strict division of work between managers on the one hand and lawyers as of their advisors on the other does not entirely suffice the current economics conditions. Every manager should be equipped with certain knowledge of law and lawyers, on the other hand, should be familiar with basics of economics and management. The university programmes introduced in this paper do meet these requirements ideally. The aim of this paper is to introduce new BA HONS in Law and Business Management a MSc in Law and Business Management university programme, organized by the Brno International Business School with its British partner, The Nottingham Trent University.
