Abstract
For the elimination of interferences at determination of cadmium by atomic absorption spectrometry with electrothermal atomization (ETAAS) various separation techniques are frequently used. As a special technique for separation of analyte from the sample can be mentioned electrochemical deposition of analyte on electrodes. Conditions of electrodeposition of cadmium on the graphite working electrode were studied, as well as modifications of this electrode and forms of transport of dissolved deposit into graphite atomizer. Electrodeposition with injection of dissolved deposit into electrothermal atomizer was applied to the determination of cadmium in sea water and urine.
Abstract (in Czech)
Pro potlačení rušivých vlivů při stanovení kadmia atomovou absorpční spektrometrií s elektrotermickou atomizací (ETAAS) jsou často používány různé separační techniky. Speciální technikou separace analytu ze vzorku může být elektrochemická depozice na elektrodě. Byly studovány podmínky elektrodepozice kadmia na grafitové pracovní elektrodě, modifikace této elektrody a formy transportu rozpuštěného depozitu do grafitového atomizátoru. Elektrodepozice s dávkováním rozpuštěného depozitu do elektrotermického atomizátoru byla využita pro stanovení kadmia v mořské vodě a moči.
