Abstract
The present results indicate development of tolerance ( decreased behavioural response) in rats after repeated administration of methamphetamine in the same dosage regimen used earlier in mice in which a behavioural sensitization (increased behavioural response) was confirmed instead.
Abstract (in Czech)
Získané výsledky naznačují rozvoj tolerance (snížená behaviorální odpověď) u potkanů po opakované aplikaci metamfetaminu při stejném dávkovacím schématu použitého dříve u myší, u kterých byla naopak potvrzena behaviorální senzitizace (zvýšená behaviorální odpověď).
