Abstract

Článek se snaží zmapovat vztahy mezi podnikem a jeho vlastníky (společníky, akcionáři). Jeho cílem je přitom najít způsob parametrizace použitelný pro vyhodnocení role vlastníků ve stakeholderské struktuře společnosti a zohledňující specifika českého podnikatelského a právního prostředí. To je charakterizováno nerozvinutým kapitálovým trhem a s ním souvisejícím atypickým chováním vlastníků. Tato situace nás nutí nespokojit se s obvyklýmy mechanismy pro určení vzájemných přínosů ve vztahu vlastníků a podniku a hledat nové možnosti jeho vyjádření.

Abstract (in English)

The paper tries to describe the relations between an enterprise and its owners (shareholders). The objective is to find descriptive parameters usable for evaluation of the role of the owners in the stakeholder strukture of the corporation which takes into account the specific features of czech enterpreneurial and legal milieu characterized by atypical owner behavior resulting from an undeveloped capital market. This situation demands not to content ourselves with usualy used methods describing the mutual benefits in the relation of owners and enterprise, but to look for new ways of their formulation.
