Abstract |
---|
In the study, bacterial DNA of the Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus genera was isolated from complex dairy products(butter milk, cheese, yoghurt, probiotic tablets) or from cell lyophilisates by magnetic and/or nonmagnetic carriers containing carboxyl groups on the surface. The presence of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus DNA in samples was identified by PCR amplification. Adsorption of bacterial DNA isolated from the above mentioned bacteria on thermosensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide, NIPAM) based microspheres was also studied at different temperatures. |
