Abstract

Příspvek analzyuje reprezentační funkci evropského stranického systému. Jedná se o případovou studii transnacionálních stranických struktur na bázi eurokomunismu. Eurokomunismus jako originální evropských ideologický proud vzniknul v 70. letech jako výraz odporu vi moskevské dominanci v komunistickém hnutí. Po dlouhou dobu eurokomunismus neml stranickou reprezentaci na evropské úrovni. V roce 2004 byla založena Strana evropské levice. Dnešní eurokomunismus je zložen na pozitivním vztahu k EU, což ale zpsobuje problémy uvnit radikáln levicové stranické rodiny. Nkteré ortodoxn komunistické, levicov populistické nebo skandinávské zelené levicové strany jsou siln kritické k EU a neakceptují radikáln levicovou stranu na evropské úrovni.

Abstract (in English)

The paper analyses the representative function of the European party system. This is a case-study of building of transnatinal party structures on the base of eurocommunism. Eurocommunism as an original European ideological streaming was created in the 70s as an expresison of resistence against Moscow dominance in the communist movement. For a long time eurocommunism had no party representation on European level. In 2004 the Party of the European Left was restablished. Today eurocommunism is characterized by a positive attitude to the European Union, but it causes some problems to the Party of the European Left inside the radical left party family. Some orthodox communists, left-wing populists or Scandinavian green-left parties are strongly critical towards the EU and they do not accept the radical left party on European level.
