Abstract
In this study, we analysed several polymorphisms mainly in the promoter region of the inducible nitric oxide synthase (NOS2, iNOS) gene and investigeated their associations with asthma/or atopic phenotypes.

V této studii jsme analyzovali několik polymorfizmů, zejména v promotorové oblasti genu pro indukovatelnou formu syntetázy oxidu dusnatého a zkoumali jejich asociace s astmatem/nebo atopickými fenotypy.
