Abstract
Sběr a vyšetření larev komárů rodů Culex a Culliseta na přítomnost spirochet metodou DFM. U pozitivních vzorků detekce DNA patogenní Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato využitím nested PCR s primery komplementárními ke genu pro flagellin. Pozitivita na přítomnost spirochet byla 50%. Jeden pozitivní vzorek obsahoval borreliovou DNA.
Abstract (in English)
Collecion and examination of mosquitoe larvae of genus Culex and Culliseta for the presence of spirochetes using DFM method. Detection of DNA of pathogenic Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato in positive samples using nested PCR with primers complementar to the gene for flagellin. Positivity on the presence of spirochetes was 50%. One positive smaple contained borrelian DNA.
