Abstract

Funkce třídního učitele je mimořádně náročná, jsou s ní spojována mnohá očekávání, kterým často neodpovídají reálné podmínky pro tuto specifickou pedagogickou práci. Role třídního učitele s sebou nese zvláštní a významné úkoly, vyplývající z jeho funkce. V této roli se promítají názory žáků, učitelů dané školy, rodičů a některých dalších zúčastněných. Tento disertační výzkumný projekt bude hledat a popisovat, jaká je tato role, jaké je toto postavení a co všechno zahrnuje v názorech ze strany žáků, učitelů (třídních učitelů) a rodin (veřejnosti).

Abstract (in English)

The role of a form teacher is extremely difficult because of its connection with much expectations, however, the real conditions are often unmatched. The person of form teacher brings along particular and important tasks of education, which results from his role and function. In this function, the opinions of children, other teachers, parents and other specialists are observed. This research project will explore and describe how they look at their roles, the situation and what is included in their opinions. There is no current information about their reflection of form teacher’s role. Conclusions of the research project will take a place in the specification of themes and subjects for future teachers’ pregradual study.
