Abstract
Nitric oxide (NO) is an important mediator of physiologic processes in the airways and the fraction of exhaled NO (FENO) is increased in subjects with asthma. The aims of our study was to examine whether polymorphisms in the eNOS gene are associated with IgE-mediated asthma in Czech population.
Abstract (in Czech)
Oxid dusnatý (NO) je důležitým mediátorem fyziologických procesů v dýchacích cestách a frakce vydechovaného NO (FENO) je zvýšena u pacientů s astmatem. Cílem naší práce bylo zkoumat, zda polymorfizmy v genu pro eNOS jsou asociovány s IgE-zprostředkovaným astmatem v české populaci.
