Text shrnuje výsledky výzkumu o postavení imigrantů z tzv. třetích zemí na trhu práce v ČR. Na základě téměř šedesáti rozhovorů o zkušenostech se zaměstnáním a zaměstnavateli autoři diskutují především vztah zaměstnání a jazyka, zaměstnání a administrativně-byrokratických procesů při vstupu na trh práce a vztah zaměstnání a genderu.

The text presents outcomes from resarch on position of labour migrants from the third countries at the Czech labour market. based on almost sixty interviews on employment and employers the authors discuss relations between emplyment and language, employment and administrative processes as barriers or chances enabling entrance to the labour market and relationship between employment and gender.
