Abstract

The article is review of the book "Management of the Value of a Company" (Neumaierová, I. a kol.). The reviewed book offers a comprehensive view on the essence of business and on the operation of a company. It is based on the business economics concept aiming at the integration of knowledge of specialised disciplines, such as accounting, marketing, management, logistics or informatics.

Článek je recenzí na knihu "Řízení hodnoty podniku" (Neumaierová, I. a kol.). Recenzovaná publikace poskytuje ucelený pohled na podstatu podnikání a fungování podniku. Vychází z podnikohospodářského konceptu, s cílem integrovat poznatky specializovaných disciplín, jakými jsou účetnictví, marketing, management, logistika či informatika.
