Abstract

Studie se zabývá výzkumem některých konkrétních faktorů facilitace prosociálnosti dětí mladšího školního věku. Klíčová otázka, z níž se odvíjí zaměření výzkumu, se týká vztahu mezi osobností učitele a prosociálností žáků.Hlavním výsledkem výzkumu z hlediska nových poznatků, které přináší, je prokázaný vztah mezi autoritářstvím učitele a prosociálností jeho žáků; nízká míra autoritářství učitele ovlivňuje děti v tomto smyslu pozitivně, vysoká míra autoritářství negativně. Autoritářství učitele se ukázalo jako vysoce průkazný prediktor zkoumaných charakteristik žáků.

Abstract (in English)

The paper deals with the investigation of some concrete factors of the facilitation of the pro-sociability of children aged 6 11. The key question of focusing the investigation concerns the relationship between the teachers personality and the pro-sociability of the pupils.The main result of the investigation from the point of view of new knowledge is the verified relationship between the authoritativity of the teacher and the pro-sociability of his pupils. A lower extent of the authoritativity of the teacher influences the children in a positive sense, a high extent in a negative way.The authoritativity of the teacher proved as highly confirming predictor of the investigated characteristics of the pupils.
