The increase of the level of total transcriptome signalizes a changed cell state with regard to above mentioned factors. In this respect it shows to be interesting to study the transcriptome level at tumour cells. The present work reports on suggesting and optimizing of mRNA separation from biological material and its detection via paramagnetic beads coupled with electrochemical detection. ER -
