V originále

The action od EVLT is supposed thermal venous wall destruction with intraluminal thrombogenesis resulting in fibrous remodeling.Thrombogenesis is with D - dimmer liberation connected.We have done blood and serum analysis by the patient after EVLT operation. The loww D. dimer level is caused by the fast thermal destruction. There is not thrombogenesis caused by interaction between tissue factors and thrombocytes connected with D- dimer unloading, but thermal necrosis of blood tissue and destruction of its factors.EVLT is minimal invasive method and leads to low inflammation response in organism.
