Autors present in their paper the general principles of the chest wall resection. The standards of the radical treatement with oncology benefit are desribes. The explanation of the surgery reconstruction of the chest wall after resection is showed. The technic of this reconstruction through the use of mesh and muscle and skin flap is demonstrated. The case of the young man with chondrosarcoma of the chest wall is presented.
