Abstract
Different methods for isolation of PCR-ready DNA were tested. The influence of the DNA isolation procedures tested on the reproducibility of RAPD and rep-PCR was studied. The reproducibility of amplification of DNA isolated by the salting-out method and adsorption on magnetic nonporous microspheres was comparable with the phenol extraction method.

Bylo ověřováno použití různých metod pro izolaci DNA v kvalitě pro PCR. Byl studován použitého postupu na reprodukovatelnost RAPD a rep-PCR. Reprodukovatelnost amplifikace DNA izolované vysolováním a adsorpcí DNA na magnetické neporézní mikročástice byla srovnatelná s fenolovou extrakcí.
