Abstract
In this work, the reactivity of Os,bipy with various pentanucleotides was studied by capillary zone electrophoresis and square-wave voltammetry. Our experiments examined influence of different ON:Os,bipy ratio and temperature of modification on complex formation. In agreement with previously reported results, the most reactive pyrimidine is thymine; reactivity decreases in line thymine, methylcytosine, uracil and cytosine.
Abstract (in Czech)
Reakce oligonukleotidů s Os.bipy byly studovány elektroforeticky a voltametricky.
