The loww D. dimer level is caused by the fast thermal destruction. There is not thrombogenesis caused by interaction between tissue factors and thrombocytes connected with D- dimer unloading, but thermal necrosis of blood tissue and destruction of its factors.EVLT is minimal invasive method and leads to low inflammation response in organism.
