Der Einfluss des Grundgesetzes und besonders der Rechtssprechung des Bundesverfassungsgerichtes auf die Entwicklung des Verfassungsrechts in der CSFR und in der Tschechischen Republik. Die Unterschiede zwischen der CR und Ungarn und Polen auf diesem Gebiet.
