Anotace

V originále

The presentation addresses the attitude of children and young people toward elders and ageism in Czech Republic. The research consists of two parts: self made Questionary of attitudes toward ageism and Osgoods semantic differential. The differential is used to consider terms related to different developmental periods of a man (for example: child, young man, old man, myself). The factor analysis of semantic differential scales validated the three classic Osgoods factors (evaluation, potency, and activity), and thus three-dimensional schema of considered terms could be made.
