Obsahem studie jsou podnikatelské aktivity Baťova koncernu na konci třicátých let. Analyzuje hlavní směry investic v kontextu složité mezinárodní situace. Dále rozebírá působení jednotlivých personalistických center koncernu a interpretuje vnitřní a vnější faktory, které měly vliv na podobu a rozsah přesunů zaměstnanců do zahraničí.
In English
This study concerns the commercial activities of Baťa in the late 1930s. The analysis covers the main flow of investments in the context of the difficult international situation. Furthermore, it examines the activity of each human resource centre and interprets the internal and external factors that influenced the range and form of employees' relocation abroad.
