This article deals with some aspects of the recent economic crisis and its impact on public finance in the Czech Republic. In general, it can be said that national governments usually try to stabilize their economies by the use of public finance. The purpose of this article is to analyze possibilities in managing public finance as well as companies in economic crises along to principles of strategic management and regulation of international and EU law.
