We focused on lektin from Aspergillus fumigatus. Thanks to the combination of protein X-ray crystallography and functional studies of lectin-ligand interactions we shed a light on lectin-carbohydrate binding.

Zamerili jsme se na lektin z Aspergillus fumigatus. Diky kombinaci proteinove rentgenove krystalografie a funkcnich studiich interakci lektin-ligand objasnujeme vazbu lektin-cukr.
