La thématique de la condition humaine est dans le contexte français liée avec le roman engagé de la génération d‘André Malraux. Mais a la fin des années 1950 le Nouveau roman apporte un désintéret général de ce type d’écriture. Trop occupée par elle-meme, la littérature officielle manque l’occasion, et c’est le roman noir, a ses débuts une branche du roman policier, qui invite les auteurs a décrire « les dysfonctionnements de la société avec le souci de déranger le lecteur ». Un des premiers auteurs qui présentent une féroce critique de la société est, aujourd’hui presque oublié, André Héléna. Son roman Les clients du Central hotel (1959) montre une vision peu glorieuse de la France sous occupation. Ses successeurs sont nombreux : Manchette, Izzo, Daeninckx parmi les plus célébres. La contribution ci-présente voudrait tracer les grandes lignes de cette thématique a travers du roman noir français des années 1960 et 1980.

Tématika lidského údělu je ve francouzské angažované literatuře přítomna od doby André Malrauxe. Od konce 50. let ale hnutí Nového románu přináší odklon od tohoto typu literatury. Štafetu přebírá roman noir, jedna z odnoží detektivního románu. Jedním z prvních autorů ostře kritizující soudobou společnost je dnes již zapomenutý André Héléna. Jeho román Klienti hotelu Central (1959) popisuje málo lichotivý obraz Francie za nacistické okupace. Článek popisuje a zkoumá hlavní linie této tématiky zobrazované žánrem roman noir v letech 1960 až 1980.

The theme of the human condition in the French context is linked with the novel committed to the generation of Andre Malraux. The contribution mentioned this would outline of this issue through the French roman noir of the 1960s and 1980s.
