V originále

This analytical and research artical is dealing with the oldest historical-hagiographic work of Bohuslav Balbín Diva Wartensis, is a significant source concerning the issue of the Barocque pilgrimage in the Czech lands. The work has contributed significantly to the fame of the pilgrimage place of Wartha and it inspired a number of similarly conceived works. At a time when the Baroque pilgrimage reached its peak, the issue also underwent another book devoted to Marian cult in Wartha.
