Abstract |

The chapter addresses the current methodologies for RNA investigation by liquid-state NMR spectroscopy. The current technology for the preparation and purification of uniformly and segmentally isotopically labeled RNA is reviewed. An overview of essential spectroscopic strategies for NMR studies of RNA is presented. Critical steps in RNA investigations by NMR are demonstrated by protocols, examples, along with practical advice for troubleshooting. |

Kapitola je zaměřená na současnou metodologii výzkumu RNK pomocí NMR spektroskopie v tekutém stavu. Publikovány jsou současné technologie pro přípravu a přečištění plně I částečně izotopově značených RNK. Uváděn je přehled zásadních spektroskopických strategií pro studium RNK pomocí NMR. Kritické kroky ve výzkumu RNK pomocí NMR jsou předvedeny v protokolech, příkladech, doprovázeny praktickými radami a řešením problem. |
