Genderové rozdíly ve verbální komunikaci u učitelů-mužů a učitelek-žen na brněnském gymnáziu
Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem verbální komunikace učitelů na vybraném brněnském gymnáziu posuzovaným z hlediska genderových rozdílů. Cílem práce je zjistit, existuje-li rozdíl ve verbální komunikaci učitele-muže a učitelky-ženy a to konkrétně v oblasti výše kognitivní náročnosti kladení otázek a následné zpětné vazby na žákovu odpověď.
Abstract
The main theme of this bachelor thesis is teachers‘ verbal communication observed at selected grammar school in Brno and compared according to the gender differences. The aim of the work is to ascertain whether there are any differences in verbal communication between teacher-male and teacher-female, namely among the area of asking questions and their cognitive difficulty and the follow-up feedback on students’ answer.
