The goal of this diploma thesis is to extend an ETL tool used for integrating healthcare data across institutions in the Czech Republic. The tool is deployed in a number of biobanks and harmonizes data about biological samples and their donors into HL7 FHIR (a standard for exchanging healthcare related data). For increasing its utility the tool needs to be extended with a GUI and a monitoring component. The GUI should provide an intuitive interface for biobank administrators and representatives, enabling them to manage data transformations, monitor processing status, and visualise transformed clinical data. The monitoring tool will track system performance and detect anomalies, such as periods of inactivity or failed transformations. It will include alert mechanisms to notify administrators of potential issues. Work will be evaluated with emphasis on production ready code that is maintainable after the conclusion of this thesis.
