Zadání práce
The bachelor thesis will focus on a managerial problem in the field of project management in a specific organization. The aim of the thesis will be to show how PRINCE2 project management methodology can be implemented in a company through an example project plan.

Design and methods used: The bachelor thesis will have two parts. The theoretical part will be a critical review of the current state of knowledge in the field of project management. The practical part of the work will be a case study. The student will produce a project plan designed according to the PRINCE2 standard for a real company.
