The role of AHP proteine in cytokinine signalling in Arabidopsis
Role ATH proteinů v přenosu cytokinového signálu u Arabidopsis
Abstract
Cytokininy jsou významné fytohormony, podílející se na rozličných procesech ovlivňujících růst a vývoj rostliny. Přenos cytokininového signálu uvnitř buňky probíhá pomocí dvoukomponentního systému (TCS - two component system), známého především ze signálních drah bakterií, hub a hlenek. TCS využívá k přenosu signálu fosforylaci histidinu a k. asparagové. TCS u Arabidopsis thaliana je vícestupňový …more
Abstract
Cytokinins are essential plant hormones, implicated in various developmental proceses and enviromental responses of plants. Cytokinin signal transduction pathway is simmilar to Two-component system (TCS), well described in bacteria, fungi and slime molds. TCS in Arabidopsis thaliana is using histidine-aspartate multistep phosphorelay, consisting of membrane-localized histidine kinase, histidine phosphotransfer …more
