This thesis deals with the analysis, design, and implementation of a data-process model to make strategic management more effective in a typical Czech municipality. Zadání práce
The goal of the work is to create a functional process model of a typical Czech municipality for the purpose of demonstrating the management of processes and projects in accordance with the new Smart Cities concept. The author will perform an analysis based on already written theses on this topic, and based on consultations with actual municipalities, he will create a data-process model, which he further implements in the software ATTIS, specifically developed for the management of competencies and processes. The author will focus primarily on the use of open or otherwise freely available data. The work will be developed in cooperation with the ATTIS company, and its results can be used in the future. At the same time, the results will also be used for further research in the field of Smart Cities, which will be carried out in the Laboratory of Service System of FI MUNI.
