Hlavní náplní této tvůrčí bakalářské práce je soubor story o kastelánech napsaný pro libereckou přílohu MF Dnes. Tématem všech článků jsou životní příběhy kastelánů na hradech a zámcích napříč libereckým krajem. K tomu, aby bylo možné takový soubor textů vytvořit, je nejprve nutné zjistit teoretická východiska žánru story, a to nejen z pohledu teoretiků, ale i novinářů přímo z liberecké MF Dnes. První část práce proto definuje žánr story z odborného hlediska a bere v úvahu rozdíly v pohledu zahraničních teoretiků a české literatury. Teoretické koncepty pak srovnává s definicí story, jak se používá přímo v liberecké redakci MF Dnes a vymezuje podobu story právě v tomto médiu. Důraz je kladen na rozdíly mezi praktickým použitím žánru story a teoretickými požadavky, které se často liší. Na základě zjištěných specifik následují praktické ukázky story. Součástí práce je rovněž odborná autorská reflexe textů zabývající se rozdíly mezi definicí žánru v odborné literatuře a praktickými požadavky na články v liberecké redakci MF Dnes. Vedle hlavního cíle, tedy vytvoření souboru story o kastelánech, má tato práce ještě druhý záměr, tedy vytvořit návod pro napsání kvalitní story pro elévy bez žurnalistického vzdělání.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a set of stories about wardens written for the local supplement of MF Dnes in Liberec. The topic of all the stories is the life story of wardens in castles and chateaus throughout the region of Liberec. First of all is necessary to find out the theoretical bases of the genre, not only by scientist, but also by the journalists in the redaction in Liberec. First part of this thesis defines the genre story from the scientific point of view and compares the abroad authors and the Czech literature. The theoretical concepts are later compared with the definition, which is used right in the redaction in Liberec. The emphasis is put to the deference between the practical use of the genre and theoretical requirements, which are often different. The practical stories are based on the theoretical concepts. The professional reflection of the texts is also a part of the theses. The side goal is to create a manual how to write a good story designed for young journalists without the education in this field.
