Ke studiu karyologické a morfologické variability druhu Senecio jacobaea byla použita metoda počítání chromozomů, průtoková cytometrie a metody morfometrické. Abstract
Main methods for study of karyological and morphological variability of the species Senecio jacobaea were chromosome counting, flow cytometry, and morphometric methods. Karyological screening of Moravian populations ascertained a contact zone between tetraploid populations (2n = 40) and octoploid populations (2n = 80).
