Abstract
Pro poznání přesné biologické funkce proteinů AHP je velmi důležité znát jejich expresní profily. V této práci byl vytvořen nástroj pro idetifikaci expresních vzorců genu AHP. Konstrukty, které nesou cDNA genu AHP v translační fůzi s reportérovým genem pod kontrolou předpokládané promotorové sekvence. Funkčnost konstruktů byla ověřena a práce obsahuje i první výsledky analýzy exprese genů AHP.
Abstract
To understand the exact biological functions of AHP proteins it is very important to know their expression profiles. In this work we present a tool for identification expression patterns of AHP genes. The constructs carry cDNA of AHPs in translation fusion with the marker protein under the control of putative promoter sequence. The functionality of these constructs was prooved and this work includes first results of the expression analysis of AHP
