This work focuses on the design and development of an interactive city history guide using augmented reality. Zadání práce
The goal of this thesis is to create graphic design of a history guide of architectural landmarks, specifically the city gates, of historical Brno. The resulting graphic solution will be tailored with respect to the aim of using it as a printed guide. It will thus include pictograms of historical city gates, serving simultaneously as augmented reality markers, opening the corresponding web page. The elements serving for augmented reality control will work alongside the overall graphic design. The outputs of the thesis will be the following: - design of the information material about the historical gates in Brno - creation of 3D models of these gates - implementation of the web-based augmented reality application that displays the created 3D models, using HTML and JavaScript.
