The diploma thesis is devoted to examining the future of nuclear weapons control and related agreements. Recent developments in international relations, the termination of the INF Treaty and most recently, the Russian war in Ukraine have reignited the debate on arms control, nuclear arms reductions, verifications and transparency. As well as the relationship between nuclear-armed states, particularly the United States and the Russian Federation. Altogether with the view to the possibility of extending this framework to a trilateral, including China.
