Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem očekávání třídních druhostupňových učitelů od rodičů svých žáků. Cílem je definovat jednotlivá očekávání, která učitelé mají vůči rodičům. Teoretická část shrnuje vztah učitele a rodiče a očekávání učitelů definovaná dosavadní literaturou. Kvalitativní výzkum realizovaný za pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s třídními učiteli na druhém stupni povede k vyvození jejich individuálních očekávání.
Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the expectations of class teachers from parents. The aim is to define the individual expectations that teachers have towards parents. The theoretical part summarizes the relationship between teacher and parent and the expectations of teachers defined by existing literature. Qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with class teachers at the secondary level will lead to the derivation of their individual expectations.
