Zadání práce
The aim of the thesis is to provide a theoretical overview about organizational stress in agile IT teams, with particular focus on potential beneficial effect of team role responsible for handling all communication with a customer. The student will also present a case study where this role (called "Sprint Hero") is already implemented. Based on the theoretical part, the student will compose a guideline for implementation of the Sprint hero role in an agile team, focusing mainly on the responsibilities of such role, processes (interaction) with the rest of the team. Aspects of successful implementations will be discussed.
