This thesis aims to expand upon the initial implementation of Agile methodologies within the Lab of Service Systems, with a particular focus on enhancing student collaboration and adapting Agile practices to support the lab’s increasing size and diversity. The study will begin with a comprehensive review of Agile frameworks commonly used in software engineering, alongside an examination of their application within academic settings. Based on this review, the thesis will propose refined Agile practices tailored to the evolving structure of the lab. A detailed case study will then be presented, illustrating the implementation process and evaluating its impact on the lab’s overall performance
