The thesis will focus on the context of the phenomenon of cybercrime and organized crime. The thesis will focus primarily on the intersection of these two phenomena that appear in practice. The theoretical part of the thesis will deal with the basic concepts and identification of relevant types of cybercrime committed by organized crime networks, the practical part will focus on the criminal law impacts of the penetration of these phenomena both from the material and procedural point of view. Specific attention will also be paid to international cooperation in detecting and prosecuting cybercrime committed in an organized manner and to the procedural tools available to law enforcement authorities in this cooperation. The thesis will focus on the analysis of the discussed topics and the identification of the main challenges that arise for criminal law and practice in connection with the intertwining of cybercrime and organized crime. Based on the analysis, the thesis will also formulate appropriate recommendations de lege aplicata or de lege ferenda. The thesis will be based on relevant Czech and international literature.
