The goal is to research a possible relation between the use of agile project management methodologies (preferably SCRUM) and its influence on the work-life balance of employees.
Procedure and methods used: The literature review will introduce project management, agility, work-life balance and other important concepts related to the specific goal stated by the student (and consulted with the supervisor). The analytical part will use theoretical knowledge to analyse the particular issue. Based on this analysis, recommendations/discussion of the current literature and the results of the research should follow.
