Thesis objective:
The aim of the thesis is to identify the impact of both international and local investments for the financial success of the real estate companies and provide recommendations for their financial development.

Procedure and method used:
Thesis methodology includes literature review, encompassing studies investigating international and local investments within the real estate industry. Furthermore, the quantitative data from financial reports of the real estate companies will be used to achieve research aim. Statistical tools will be employed to assess the relationship between the size of international investments and local investments and the financial performance of real estate firms. This will involve the use of correlation and regression analysis. Furthermore, the results will be discussed and the recommendations for the development of real estate firms will be provided accordingly.
