Bakalářská práce Série publicistických textů feature o národnostních menšinách Brna pro MF DNES předkládá seriál koncipovaný pro brněnskou přílohu MF DNES. Autorka si klade za cíl vytvořit soubor publicistických textů – žánrovým zařazením feature – na téma: národnostní menšiny Brna. Zároveň se tímto seriálem autorka snaží informovat brněnskou veřejnost o životě a aktivitách národnostních menšin v Brně. V teoretické části se autorka věnuje bližší specifikaci formátu feature a jeho ukotvení v české i zahraniční literatuře. Také rozebírá pojmy se sociologickým přesahem jako menšina, národnostní menšina, stereotypy, předsudky či kultura. Tyto pojmy se zároveň snaží regionálně ukotvit v souvislosti s tematikou národnostních menšin ve městě Brně. V empirické části definuje pomocí redakčních příruček hlavní charakteristiky cílového média a tyto charakteristiky rozšiřuje prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se členy redakce. Zajímá ji ukotvení žánru feature v MF DNES, ukotvení národnostních menšin v jejich článcích a postavení brněnské MF DNES v regionálním i celorepublikovém kontextu. Tvůrčí část obsahuje šest publicistických textů feature, a také kritickou reflexi autorky. Tyto texty dodržují kritéria stanovená příručkou redakce MF DNES a zároveň i strukturu, kterou požaduje deník MF DNES.

This bachelor thesis called The collection of journalistic articles about national minorities of Brno for journal MF DNES presents a series designed for MF DNES in Brno. Author put a target to create a set of journalistic texts - genre classification feature - on the topic: national minorities in Brno. Concurrently is author trying to inform public about the life and activities of national minorities in Brno. In the theoretical part, the author focuses on detailed specification of genre feature and its anchoring in both Czech and foreign literature. It also discusses the concepts with a sociological overlap, such as nationality, national minorities, stereotypes, prejudices and culture. It is also trying to place these notions regionally - in connection with the theme of ethnic minorities in the city of Brno. In the empirical part, the author defines main characteristics of the target media using handbooks, and extends these characteristics through semi-structured interviews with members of the editorial staff. They are interested in anchoring the genre feature in MF DNES, occurrence of national minorities in their articles and the position of MF DNES of Brno in the regional and nationwide context. The creative part contains six journalistic texts of genre feature, and also a critical reflection of the author. These texts comply with the criteria defined in manuals of MF DNES and also the structure required by the editors of this journal.
