Objective of the thesis:
The objective of the thesis is to analyse the current state of training and development activities evaluation in a specific company and to propose adjustments towards its enhanced use.
Work flow and methods used in thesis:
1) Literature review of the area under study.
2) Setting up collaboration with a selected company, defining managerial issue to be impacted by the thesis.
3) Research design development: research questions/hypotheses, methods to be used, selected means of data analysis.
4) Conducting research in a company.
5) Results analysis.
6) Discussion of findings.
7) A proposal od measures to be taken by a company to address managerial issue.
8) Financial assessment of proposed measures, timeline of implementation.
