Course objectives
The seminar deals with translation practice in translating different types of text (translation of sentences - practice grammar, scholarly and journalistic texts (active and passive translation).
Learning outcomes
By the end of the course, students will:
- be capable of translating different texts from Greek into Czech
- be capable of translating adapted journalistic texts into Greek
- be capable of evaluating translations.
