Course objectives
The propedeutic field of study focused on legal dogmatism and on the foundantions of legal thinking. It uses to exercise of the legal terminology, knowing of the principals, structure and system of the legal order and of the legal ability of legal thinking pursuant to the work with legal texts and individual cases. The aim is to strength the knowledge and deep the ability of using of the legal norms and regulations including its intepretation.

  • Methodological questions and the Topic of Theory of Law. Sources of Law. Act of Law, Structure and Kinds. Operation of Legal Norms (Personal, Theritorial, Time) Application of Law. Interpretation of Law. System of Law and Legal Liability.

Assessment methods
For gaining of the colloquium it is necessary to show the practival knowledge and application and interpretation of law. Students must be presented at the practical discussion classes, including the written assignments and oral and written test.
